Refund Policy

Bloom Bird offers refunds only in the case of items damaged during shipping and delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the damaged item must be reported within 2 days of the purchase date.
  • Customers must send a photo of the damaged item via email to Jinan@brilliantartjo.com to initiate the refund process.
  • Once the damage is confirmed, a refund for the damaged item will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Bloom Bird reserves the right to refuse a refund if the damage is deemed to be caused by mishandling or misuse of the product by the customer.
  • Refunds are not offered for order cancellations or for any other reason not related to shipping and delivery damage

Cancellation Policy

Bloom Bird does not offer refunds for order cancellations.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, and payment is non-refundable.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction with the products or services selected.

  • We aim to ship orders within 2 – 3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow 2-3 days for us to prepare your order, as most of our products are hand-made.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Prices for merchandise are displayed in {JOD} and {SAR} are VAT exclusive.

Prices for services are provided upon request and may vary depending on the scope of the service required.
